No description will it do it justice.
The Shaw family has been growing sour cherries in Scotland, Ontario, Canada for over three generations, and our family keeps growing. We know the value of farm fresh produce and healthy eating, and share a passion for innovation.
What started from an idea in a friends kitchen grew to creating a unique product that is near and dear to us.
This homespun family recipe made its debut only a few years ago, entertaining family and friends. Since then, Shaw's Sour Cherry Jalapeno Lime preserve has become a secret treasure, discovered by our market customers and retold to their friends and family at exciting first tasting events.
Otherwise known as 'That Cherry Preserve' by newcomers to the market who have heard tales of its wonder and flavour, this little farm fresh recipe continues to build fandom.
